Petro Kleen
                       Petro-Kleen I

An organic enzyme bacterial system specifically formulated to control paraffin buildup in the pumps and flow lines, providing the lines are not already completely closed.

Petro Kleen I is also used for paraffin removal from downhole and topside piping.  This product does not use solvents or pour point depressants which simply shift the paraffin to your topside product tanks. This microbial based product removes the paraffin by microbial digestion.

Petro-Kleen I cleans the soil of all impurities and oil run-off contaminants to help with EPA standards.

Oil  Production * Petro Kleen I * Petro Kleen II * Petro Kleen III * Scale Kleen

Usage:

To clean up paraffin, use 10 gallon Heartland Microbes Petro Kleen I with production water from the lease or well.  Amount of water depends on the depth of the well.

For shallow wells (1500 ft) add 10 barrels water mixed with 10 gallons Petro-Kleen I.

For a depth of 3500 feet add 15 barrels of water mixed with 10 gallons of Petro-Kleen I.

For a depth of over 3500 feet add 25 barrels of water mixed with 10 gallons Petro-Kleen I.

After putting in the mixture, push mixture into the lead lines to tank battery, then shut off the valves and let  well circulate for 24 hours.  Then shut down for 24 hours allowing it to set.  Then proceed with normal pumping.

If scale build up is present, you can add 5 gallons Heartland Microbes Scale Kleen to the mixture also to clean up the scale at the same time.
